Dear Skyee Users,
According to the previous notification about stopping the service from 1st Feb 2022 we sent to you, we are closing the receiving accounts now. Please change your receiving account with the marketplaces immediately if you haven’t done so yet.
Unfortunately, we will be no longer able to provide you the Advice for FIRC/FIRA for all the payments received since 1st Feb 2022. Should you request an Advice for your payments, please follow the below instructions to reach out the Yesbank directly.
Applying for Advice for FIRC/FIRA from Yes Bank
1. Pay YES BANK INR 590.00 per transaction for the Advice of FIRC issuance charges. There are 2 options to pay:
By NEFT to their bank details below: Account number: 105051718 IFSC: YESB0000001, Account Name : Yes Bank Ltd.
Or by demand draft to YES BANK Ltd, using this address: YES BANK Ltd FIRC Team, Empire Tower, 18th floor, Reliable Tech Park, Airoli(w), Navi Mumbai 400 708
Keep note of the reference number, as you’ll need to send it to YES BANK.
2. Send an email to dlmumfirc@yesbank.in with the subject “Request for FIRC advice”, and cc to support@skyee360.com, tanaz.billimoria1@yesbank.in, joel.plamparambil@yesbank.in.
In the email, you’ll need to include the Inward Remittance Transaction details, a valid purpose code for the transaction, and the transaction reference number for the Advice issuance charges you paid to Yesbank.
3. YES BANK will then verify the details and send the beneficiary the FIRC advice.
It can take up to 7–10 days, as long as you’ve completed the steps above correctly. If you don’t follow the steps exactly, there can be delays in getting the FIRC advice. Please don’t courier documents to YES BANK offices or visit their branches in person to make a FIRC Advice request.
